马六甲之旅 ~ Day 1

距离上一次来马六甲，应该也要超过6年的事情啦~
那时候并没有什么smart phone, 而且是和家人来的，自然而然不会拍那么多照片啦~
这次就不一样了，
不一样的旅伴，
不一样的感觉~
其实我们还是比预料中迟到达马六甲，所以能去的地方也不多，有点仓促。
我们大概4点到达马六甲闻名的鸡场街 Jonker Walk.

鸡场街上聚集了各种美食店（如：古城鸡饭粒，中华茶室、地理学家咖啡馆）。土特产店（如：三叔公），娱乐中心，古董店。一般店面的营业时间是早上10点到晚上8点。但是在周五-周日，这里会成为集市，通常还有文化表演，经营得比较晚。

我们到达那一天是星期四，没有夜市哦，所以那天也是去古迹走走和food hunting的日子啦~

我们把车子parking在鸡场街，没有放固本，所以中了张牛肉干。无奈哟~ 

我们首先来到三叔公借厕所，顺便在露台拍了张照片。

不好意思，突然改行程所以没化妆，吓到你就抱歉了~

我们去了Jonker 88 享用迟来的午餐~

Sagu Gula Melaka. 这个不错，吃起来很像沾黑糖吃的黄色粽子(我只知道福建话叫做ki zang)

由于只顾着吃，所以忘了记下价钱 XD

吃饱饱了，我们步行来到了马六甲基督堂 Christ Church 附近拍照~

在这边可以看到很美的马六甲河景色，还有载着游客的小船，不过我们没时间，所以保留下一次再坐船。

马六甲圣保罗教堂 St. Paul's Church前的圣芳济各神父塑像

没有了Eye Of Malaysia, 但是从圣保罗教堂可以看到Menara Taming Sari, 据说可以看到马六甲的景色，有时间再去试试看~ 一个人RM 10.

然后我们来到了Mahkota Parade的Nadeje. 这里的千层蛋糕超好吃的啦！左边的是tiramisu口味，右边的是double chocolate.

我们check in了早前订的River One Guest House, 来到了马六甲当然要入住看到马六甲河景色的Guest House才有feel~

之后就兜到来著名的Longkang Siham.

之前我还不懂Siham什么意思，看到别人的blog才懂原来是血蛤。

我们点了一碟烤鱿鱼(RM 10), 一碟羊角豆(RM 1.50) 和 一碟四宝(RM 10)。

烤鱿鱼很香，四宝里有豆干，豆支，鱼丸，还有虾饼，配上各种酱料再撒上花生，好赞啊！

至于羊角豆我就不是很喜欢他的味道....

马六甲的第一天就到此为止~

Sweet Time in Sugar Honey

Visited this cafe couple weeks ago, but only free to blog about it now.
HA!
Life's getting busy.

Sugar Honey is a cafe which is located at Campbell Street, same row as the famous roti bakar, which C.M. LGE of Penang state used to have his breakfast there, they said.
Sugar Honey is just two shops next to the famous cafe in town, Moustache Houze.
When I visited Sugar Honey there were few folks that confused which one is which one. Funny though.

You have to take a number after placing your order at the counter.

They were having promo for mini cake that time, not sure whether they still have it now or not.

Toys Cafe

Third round of the day: Toys Café

The time we reached the café was around 10pm.

We passed by Pit Stop and The Alley.

But too bad, Pit Stop is closed, and The Alley was too crowded and we couldn’t take photos :S

So we decided to go to Toys Café.

I asked the tauke is it they are going to end their business for the day already,

But the tauke smiled and told us it’s ok, he let us take our order and had our seats.

I ordered a cranberry cotton cheese cake and KC ordered a baked cheese cake.

The original prices for the cakes are RM 9.90, but they are having promotion right now, the cakes are only cost RM 7.90.

Just simple drawing on the plate. The cake also not very nice.

I found on their FB that they provide this kind of drawing :( 

But doesn't matter, I would probably visit this cafe for second time if got chance, since the tauke is so friendly and the cafe is still new. :))

I have found this as well! Hope to try the coffee next time! Looks tempting!

Café 55

Second round after Behind 50: Café 55.

Wanted to come here quite long ago, but keep find boh teman!

Since just had dinner around here, so we decided to walk here.

Hmm… kinda shocked when I opened the menu.

The price of the food is quite high.

I thought this café was just selling coffee or tea and some desserts,

But they serve main course as well.

Seriously, 3D art beverage is pricey L

But then no choice, YOLO!

Hence I ordered a cup of Hazelnut Latte with 3D art, and KC ordered a cup chocolate milk with 3D art.

Waited for around 15 minutes then we get our drinks served.

We sit just right in front of the counter, so we had the chance to take a glance on how the barista did the 3D art J

Aww… the 3D was just too awesome and I feel so reluctant to start drinking it!

But I still have to do so since I couldn’t take the coffee back home :S

Be honest, caffeine has no effect on me. 

I could sleep well even I drink 2 cups of coffee at night.

But the hazelnut latte made me so "excited" and suffer from insomnia that night.

So better take note!
